The manager wanted to know about me, but didn't ask specific questions. She was vague, and talked about herself a lot. She asked me about my personal life also which was not appropriate.
Began interview process with Broadridge in the fall and made it to the final round to interview in-person in Nov. Everyone on the team was lovely and really passionate about their work, but I received radio silence on the recruiting side following the final interview, despite reaching out for updates on where the team was in the process. Two months after the final interview, I finally received an update that they went with the other candidate after moving on and accepting that I essentially had been ghosted.
Seems like a really great cultural environment with great people, but way less than ideal experience from the recruiting side with the lack of communication after completing the interview process.

Interview
Horrible. They couldn't even get my name right in a board interview with 5 managers/head of the departments. It was undermining the role and implying I would have to be running around helping others in the department. They very much needed an errand boy and seriously need one with their poor management skills.
