First send your CV and Cover letter. Then complete the online tests. Then an assessment center and interview at their office in Canary Wharf. On the assessment day we were given a presentation about the company first, then a written logic test, then a group exercise and then a lunch break. After the lunch break we had to deliver a presentation on some material we had been given to read earlier in the day and then finally an interview with two interviewers asking questions.
