Interview
I sat down with 3 managers of the office, not the had leader of the office. They asked me general questions about stressful work environment, changing schedule, and a typical 40 hour work week. I filled out a paper of a case example and interventions I may include. They didn't read it and recommended me for hire.
They will hire you if you have a pulse. The new normal is ANYONE can be hired who passes a background screen. They don't even care if you have no experience in human services or social work - they say they're being "progressive", but in reality they are desperate.

All the usual. Again, it doesn't matter, they will hire you. They don't even care if you have a degree now. Stripper? SURE!

Interview
Warsaw office is almost always hiring RSPs because there is such a high turn over rate. When being interviewed they will tell you you'll be able to work with your desired population. but it's very unlikely that'll actually happen
