The process itself was relatively easy once I had my interview, however coordinating with HR to get the interview took several weeks. I'm not entirely sure what the issue was, but I had almost moved on to another opportunity when Booz Allen finally interviewed me. I had an initial phone interview with HR that covered the basics (my work history, interest in the particular job I was applying for etc), and a group interview comprised of what would become my fellow co-workers and management chain. I met with 5 people individually for approximately 15 - 20 minutes each. Most of the questions were focued on client delivery and what examples I could provide from my work history. After the interview, it was about a week until I heard back from HR with an offer.
