The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Linthicum, MD) in Nov 2010
Interview
There were three different division from Booz Allen there: Software Development, Cyber technology, and Analytics. Each division had 3-4 pairs of interviewers and you rotated through each pair. This led to quick paced interviews with over 20 different people from Booz Allen. While it felt semi-rushed, it was nice because it gave you multiple opportunities to make a good impression. Instead of having one chance to connect with the interviewer, you had several. It also gave you the ability to learn more about each different division.
If you did well, you get an unofficial offer a few days later, potentially from more than one division. You can then say what division you liked the most and then they will work on extending you an official offer

Question 1
What problems have you encountered when working with a team?
This is for the first part of the process, with the call with your recruiter. They asked behavioral questions, such as " Why do you want to work for that company, why that location, etc.

Series of interview with hr and members of the team. Questions seemed mostly behavioral but easy to answer. Overall it was a good experience and hr was responsive and answered questions quickly.
I had applied online and had a recruiter reach out to schedule an initial phone about four weeks after and then they said they would get back to be if a recruiter likes my resume.
