Nice interview; nevertheless, it is unacceptable that you handed me a template with the words "whose experience and skills better match the role's requirements." and instead of responding with genuine input, use a template. If this is the case, would you simply respond to everyone with the same email or would you at least explain why you choose to move forward with another candidate and what areas I need to improve upon in order to fit
