I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boiling Springs Savings Bank (Rutherford, NJ)
Interview
I was called by Jody in the HR dept and met with her and someone else for the position. To me, the interview went phenomenal. I was even told by both women interviewing me that I was doing an excellent job on the interview as wells. However, it’s been almost three weeks and I’ve sent a thank you email and a follow up email and they haven’t even given me the courtesy to let me know I did not get the job. I don’t want to believe this has anything to do with race but...it seems they thought I was a white person and were surprised I am a person of color. The interview itself was profession just not the way they handled themselves afterwards.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boiling Springs Savings Bank (Rutherford, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview took about one week in total, and was extreemly simple. They respected my time, and were upfront with me throughout the whole process. It consisted of two in-person interviews with two different people. I was then offered the job during the second interview.
