Interview process was unprofessional — great conversation but zero follow-up despite promises of updates. Weeks passed with no response. Shows poor communication and lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
It was a phone call interview. They ask basic screening questions like why did you choose landscape architecture, what makes you interested in this firm, and what are your career goals.
