I was asked how I would handle different scenarios - I believe five different situations. Describe the scene, what I did and the outcome. A couple questions I remember - Please describe a situation where some type of cultural incident occurred, how you handled it and the end result. - I described a situation where I had to notify a women of minority, that she was on the lay-off list. Please describe a situation where you were in a team environment, and you had some type of conflict with someone on the team - afterwards, it was open to Q&A's. Interview went very well!
