I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2010
Interview
One 30 minute behavioral interview with standard questions (same question given to all candidates). The questions were very typical behavioral questions and can be found in any list of common interview questions. The interviewers read the question out loud and then took notes while they listened to my answer. In total, it was a little less than 1 hour.

Question 1
Describe a time when something unexpected happened. How did you respond?
Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.
I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA)
Interview
This was for an Entry-Level role. STAR format, 5 questions. Was asked about experience and difficult / pressure situations. Besides 5 STAR q's, a couple of yes/no questions e.g. "have you ever used tool X?"

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you solved a technical issue
A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
