I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BlueJeans Network (Mountain View, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I received a call from the recruiter who asked a few questions that were just generalities. After that, there was a video call screen with one of the engineers where I was asked various basic questions. Finally, there was the in person interview where I was asked the traditional algorithm and problem solving questions. All in all nothing out of the ordinary. I think that they were reasonable and did a good job with something.
