Behavioral Interview that asked questions about your resume, they want to know what you can provide for the team, and what skills you have to offer. Anyone of any major can apply for some work experience!

After submitting an application, there is 15 min online interview. It was pretty casual, and the interviewer was fun to talk with. The questions were pretty standard such as what is your experience w/ data and policy, why this position, etc.
