I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bloom (Pittsburgh, PA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Moved very quickly and only had 1 interview with the hiring manager as well as the manager. It was 45 minutes long. Afterwards I heard from the recruiter within 5 days with a job offer. They were very quick to make their decision and it was also important that I responded within 48 hours.
