Block Embedded Software Engineer interview questions

I had a 30 minute call with an engineer, then a 2 hour onsite interview. The first half was a collaborative coding exercise, the second half was an open ended discussion of my resume and past projects.

Two phone technical screens over coderpad. Both interviewer seemed pleasant enough. Generic rejection message two days after the second interview. Both sessions the interviewers added extra requirements after the working solution was completed. Beware if you write in C/C++, the compiler had -Werror and you will need to spend time fixing warnings which may detract you from completing the assignment within 30-45 minutes.
