I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BizLibrary in Oct 2021
Interview
They proactively reached out and peaked my interest. There were 4 rounds of interviews and all seemed to go well and then I received an automated email 5 days after the final interview letting me know they are considering other candidates.
I would rate this experience as a negative one as when someone invests a great deal of time and had to even reschedule one of the interviews, not because of me, and then sends a generic email like they did, it is extremely unprofessional. I would have considered the job, but know their OTE is on the low end and 2 weeks of PTO first year is terrible, which didn’t excite me to go above and beyond for this job. My advice is if you get someone to the final interview, call them and give them feedback. You would want the same.

Interview
Contacted by HR Manager in response to my interest in a job posting. Did a 30 minute with HR Manager. I was then scheduled with sales manager who was honest and transparent. 3rd round was a product demo using their sales ppt deck. Notified by HR Manager that I didn't make it to 4th round.

Multiple rounds. Took myself out of consideration, but the team was great and very quick to answer any questions I had! I met with a manager, CRO and a peer over the span of two weeks.
