      Office Manager Interview

      8 Dec 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Birdeye (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2017

      Interview

I interviewed with Ryan over the phone. I applied and received an email the same day to schedule a phone interview. Normally interviews are very stressful, but he made it fun! It was a conversation on experience, but also very much on personality. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. We scheduled an in-person interview for the following week. 10/10 would interview with again. *UPDATE* I had an in-person interview a few days after my phone interview. The interviewers cared way more about my personality than what was typed up on my resume, which was so refreshing. I got a call shortly after from the person I initially interviewed with and was given an offer. Overall wonderful interview process! Great job to everyone involved!

      Office Manager Interview

      9 Oct 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Birdeye (Denver, CO) in Sept 2017

      Interview

I applied for the job through Indeed, and heard back within hours and set up an initial call with the recruiter for two days later. That phone call was the best experience I've had with a recruiter. He was incredibly friendly, knew a lot about the company, and was able to give me an overall description of the position. Keep in mind, that this first phone call isn't an interview as much as it is a "get to know you" conversation. If you do well with the recruiter, they connect you with your possible supervisor. I spoke to my supervisor two days later and they asked a few questions about myself, my background, and told me what to expect. A week later, I met with everyone in person, including the VP of sales, and then following day I received an offer, and started a couple of days later. It was one of the smoothest transitioning processes I've had with a company.
