I was really impressed with the interview process at Bippit - their People and Talent Lead Emily was so communicative and caring and I never once felt out of the loop, which should be the norm but was a real breath of fresh air in my current job search. They told me the timeline I should expect for feedback after each round and usually only took a day or so. Whenever there was a slight delay for any reason, they made sure I was kept updated and the feedback was detailed and useful. The interviewers were all very friendly, but also engaged and clearly passionate about the company. I was also given some guidance of what to expect from the questions in each round, which showed they were not trying to 'catch you out' and wanted candidates to really come across at their best. The questions were just the right amount of challenging and all had a clear purpose, and there was a lot of focus on getting to know me as a person which I valued a lot. I ultimately didn't end up getting the offer (sadly!) but it left me with a great impression of Bippit as a company and I would definitely apply again in the future.
