I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bill's Restaurants
Interview
Went by with my CV in person, was brought in for an interview and a trial shift the following day. Easy enough interview, just a chat about my experience, and was basically just expected to ask many questions about the restaurant. Had a trial for about an hour on a Friday lunch period, which after had another chat with the gm in which I was told they had expected to see more of 'me' in the trial, however I still got the job.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Bill's Restaurants (Cambridge, Gloucestershire, South West England, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
With the general manager, felt more like a chat than an interview and I felt super at ease with the process. Asked questions but they always went off on a tangent so it became more of a chat and get to know rather than a difficult interview which was nice. She wanted to know about future plans and general facts about yourself and not too much on work history.

Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview. After having the interview I was offered the job on the spot. The interview was very easy and more like a friendly chat.
