I liked that everyone I interviewed with was very familiar with my resume. This made it very easy to sell myself and explain how I can be a good asset to the team. They truly made me feel like they were impressed and needed me on their team... very friendly and inviting. The interviews just took a couple of weeks from the time I did the prescreen interview with the recruiter. From there, they were very flexible about selecting interview times and dates. I did a panel interview with the group I would collaborate with as the first in person interview. Then I came back the next week to have an interview with the director. Lastly, I came back for a final interview with the SVP and met more of the staff. I was offered the job the following Tuesday (closed Monday due to the holiday). Best interviewing experience I've had.
