Two rounds with my (potential) line manager, then a final round presentation with the Marketing Director where I had to propose a 12 month roadmap and data strategy. I demonstrated how to best use a Data Management Platform (DMP) to improve our overall customer experience from a marketing perspective, improving efficiency across all channels and introduce a data-driven optimisation model that would help us progress towards a highly efficient single customer view. The ultimate goal is to lower our CPA across all channels.
