Berko & Associates interview questions

Talk about yourself and why you would like to work here, what would you want as an outcome from working at Berko and Associates/ Astor Realty Capital. What are you currently doing in your education/work

First round phone screen with HR - basic behavioral questions and didn't seem to know much about the job at all. Second round was behavioral and easy technicals with multiple analysts. Third round was with an associate and director, many technical questions. Ultimately got ghosted after the interview.
