They don’t practice what they preach when it comes to transparent communication and treating you like a human. I had three virtual interviews and positive experiences with those. I had a final in-person and never heard back after they were overly adamant that they’d let me know I did or didn’t get the job within a week. I followed up a week and a half later and no reply. Month later I saw the job was filled by snooping on LinkedIn. Never even received an automated rejection. I’d be less annoyed if they hadn’t been so over the top about promising to get back to me haha.
