Very formal interview process, there were multiple interviewers in the room. Interviewers has looked over my resume and had questions based on that. The questions were behavioral based (i.e., tell me about a time when), the entire process took about thirty minutes. The interviewers explained the benefits of the job and the organization.

Interview
The hiring and interview process was completed by the Board with the assistance of an outside consultant. The interview process was complete and thorough. The group that went through the first interview were phone screened. A group was selected from the face to face interview for a second round with questions sent ahead of time to provide a writing sample.
