Contacted by a recruiter at Kelly services, whom handles all of the hiring for Danaher. First was a phone screen where they asked a generic set of questions given from the company, as well as some general information. Next I was setup with an onsite interview. I was told I would be meeting the hiring manager, but actually met the head of the department I would be working for along with a few employees that currently held the position. First they show me around their manufacturing facility, then did a panel interview, and then give a short test. All of the people in the interview had identical packets with questions that they took turns asking. After they were done asking questions they gave a short written test and then walked me out. They said I should hear back by the end of the month but I never heard anything back (ghosted).
