Das Asessment Center in Frankfurt bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre die Firma näher kennenzulernen sowie weitere Informationen über den Berufsalltag von jungen Consultants zu erhalten.
Es gab bei mir zwei Gruppenübungen und ein paar Einzelaufgaben. Die Einzelaufgaben zielen darauf ab ob man gut strukturiert eine Aussage treffen kann. Die Business Cases werden im Team bearbeitet. Hierbei wird darauf geachtet wie man sich im Team verhält etc.
The process starts with an email invitation from HR, followed by an initial HR screening interview to discuss the candidate's background and cultural fit. It was a 30-minute conversation focused on the motivation, salary expectations, and high-level experience.
