Bazian interview questions

After submitting a cover letter and CV, short-listed candidates are invited to proofread a commentary based on a scientific paper and edit it using the track changes function in Word, which is submitted prior to interview. The interview consists of a series of informal questions and discussion of your experience and some theoretical scenarios, including how you would manage commentators who don't keep to schedule or produce commentaries that are not good enough. Interviewers seemed keen to hear about organisational skills and admin experience.
