I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied through early careers website. Was surprised to even get a response given that Barclays doesn't recruit at my school. First round involved flying out to New York to chat with two directors from different departments. Questions were primarily behavioral and based on my unrelated experience. It's important to remember that though you may not have relevant experience, its important to sell to your interviewers that you have the drive and interest in financial services necessary to be a good fit for the role
Complete 2 rounds of online assessments. Both took about 45 minutes. Followed by super day which consists of 2 30 minute interviews. Never heard back from anyone at Barclays afterward.

Interview
I did the Inside Track diversity program and was fast-forwarded to the final round of interviews. One mini "case" interview dealing with a compliance breach and one behavioral. We got a few of the documents beforehand so we could plan our recommendations. The interviewers were very nice and it was all virtual.
