Recruiter was wonderful, first interview went pretty well. Third interview was a dumpster fire - AVP that was hiring was disturbed when I stated I was looking for opportunities with growth potential. She (the AVP) turned pretty cold and heartless quickly when I stated this position would not be where I spend the remaining 20 years of my career; I would come in, fix the issues at hand and look to grow within the company...that turned her off big time. Other director attending interview was eccentric and definitely bowing down to his queen.
