Easy and basic phone screen questions. Applied for more than 1 internship and had 1 scheduled phone interview. They then surprisingly called me while I was at work and began conducting a phone interview. No email or heads up about that one. Seems like it may have been a simple miscommunication on their end.

Online assessment, interview with director, two interviews with analysts. Cared deeply about understanding of markets and how you followed them. Also spoke on how you evaluated a stock and built conversation from there. Recruiter had very transparent communication and was extremely supportive throughout the process.

Very thorough but enjoyable. I liked everyone who interviewed me, and they all were quite friendly. Having some higher ups also in the last round of interviews was a great experience.
