The interviewer makes you feel comfortable answering questions. They were very kind people . They asked about prior employment, referrals, experience. After the interview I heard back from them in about a week with a job offer.
It was very easy, and they hired me right after they met me. I met the family and kids at the same time. They were so nice, and the kids didn’t want me to leave! The parents pretty just asked me about my experience with babysitting and if the hours would work with my schedule.
