First round with HR, second round with hiring manager and final round with sales director. Overall it’s take around 1 month to finalize and if you don’t pass HR won’t call you. You have to call them and ask
5 round of interviews which include:
1. Function Interviews - interview with department managers and HR
2. Group assessment - interview together with other candidates
3. Individual presentation
4. Management Interview - interview with Executive Committee, Department managers, and HR
