Interview
The interview has 2 phases. Phase 1 involves normal behavioural questions and phase 2 is Excel test. It tests the basic knowledge of using Excel and reading healthcare documents. The Excel test is about 30 minutes.

One exercise where you have to highlight significant differences between two insurance policies. Timed exercise minutes.
Another exercise to test Excel data entry skills after identifying significant information from various insurance policies. The better your Excel skills the better you can make it look.
