Interview
Initially a phone interview then a face to face interview at head office in Birmingham. A very structured set of questions covering key competencies, values, and skills. Face to face Interview was with a panel of 2 people.
Structured 3 step process - Initial telephone call with internal recruiter, followed by written test on site and final section was the face to face interview with respective HR Director.
