Interview
Began with a phone screen and then a three-person panel interview. They also requested a basic Excel at-home case study. From there they flew out the top 20 candidates to their headquarters for 2 days of in-person interviews, networking, and a case study (6 analysts were accepted). The company hosted 2 networking events to learn more about BAE systems and the role of an FLDP and a dinner with senior managers and the US subsidiary CFO. In-person interviews were three 30-minute long panel interviews with existing FLDPs and managers of varying seniority and departments. The case study was done in teams of 4 (might be 3 next year) and was 2 hours of prep time for a 15-ish minute presentation with managers and FLDPs (no wifi allowed, bring a PC). Overall great experience and an opportunity for early-career interview and case study experience.

Interview
Fifteen-minute Phone screen followed by a Zoom interview with two program alumni and finally a 3-day in-person seminar/interview/case study event. Lengthy process but everyone was extremely nice and were excited to share their experiences.
