Communication during the process was strong initially, but after final interviews, follow-up timelines were not met, and no final update was provided despite outreach. I tried multiple times to contact them professionally.
Candidates invest significant time preparing and interviewing, and timely communication at the end of the process would improve the experience. If a candidate didn't make the cut, please tell the person. It says a lot about a company when you don't have the courtesy to close the loop. How are they going to treat you as an employer? It left a bad impression and reinforced the rating here on Glassdoor.
