I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Audible (London, England) in January 2017. It first started with a 30 minutes telephone interview which was competency and background based. Because I didn't have enough experience in merchandising, the recruiter, very professional and pro-active, came up with another available position. After that, I had another telephone interview with the Hiring Manager. A very positive experience.
