Firstly I was contacted for a short interview over the phone. Then, I received an invitation to attend an interview on Teams. I was also asked to sign a privacy form.

Educational background and willingness to relocate.
Very friendly and focused on behavioral questions. It was a lot less stressful than what I had expected and we finished on time for a couple minutes for me to ask some questions to them.
Really badly organised, the person who was meant to call me for my screening call just did not, so I had to follow up with them myself. Bad communication, was extremely late to respond to all my questions

The process was automatic. I had to record 4 4-minute answers to simple questions like 'why us', 'your proffesional background', 'what are you working on right now'. The interview system provided options to prepare yourself to the rocording process.
