Aspen Capital (OR) interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn. I was then contacted by recruiter to schedule a phone screen. After the recruiter phone screen, I completed another technical phone screen with an Engineer. After the technical phone screen, I was invited into the NYC office for an afternoon onsite interview.

I have applied online and recruiter reached out to me through email for scheduling initial recruiter round. Recruiter did not called on scheduled time and very unprofessional.
