Ashfield Healthcare Communications interview questions

Both first and second-stage interviews were very relaxed—it felt more like an informal chat than a formal interview. They ask you to expand on your background and roles and responsibilities in your latest role and then ask a few questions on your experience.

First I had a short online video call with HR. Next I had a online video call with the hiring manager. The last interview was in their Mannheim office with the hiring manager and three further team leads. They mostly asked questions about my CV and experience. They also showed me around the office and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately, the company took very long to make a decision and in the meantime I had gotten another job offer. Almost two months after my last interview I got a rejection.
