Interview
Straight forward but challenging. An initial phone screening, a phone interview with the hiring manager, and an in-person group interview at headquarters (Pennsylvania). The group interview was very technical, and everyone was involved. I had to show ERISA and Code knowledge, project management, and interpersonal skills.
