Do not be shocked if you get ghosted from this company! I emailed the company inquiring about a design position opening and was contacted by their head of talent asking to jump on a call with their Associate Design Director. The call went great and I was told we were going to continue on with next steps. A few days later I had a phone call with the head of talent who told me for the next steps they wanted to fly me out to see the office and meet more members of the team and said they would get back to me in a day or two once they finalized the details. From that point on I never heard from them again. I followed up multiple times over the next few weeks hoping to get some sort of response or even closure but in return I received radio silence from the company. I understand different internal circumstances happen, but I couldn't be more shocked with their lack of professionalism in communication.
