I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ArchFront Technologies (Bengaluru) in Mar 2014
Interview
Not that tough, will ask some basics along with little analytical and problem solving skills. It actually depends on who is interviewing. If you are good at basics and the previous work you did and in align to their role, its fine and no reason you get rejected. Manager likes simple and reachable people and down to earth/hard working and productive people (not ego'istic)
