I applied through my school's co-op portal and participated in a 30-45 minute online interview. I was reached out to through Arcadis' HR department. I interviewed for a couple positions within Arcadis, some of them in person and some online. Questions were mostly behavioural and situational, and was a smooth and comfortable process!
