Submitted resume 4 months prior to phone interview. Phone interview lasted about an hour. Good, job related questions regarding background and experience. Asked behavioral type questions, as well as for specific examples from past experience. Recruiter was friendly and very professional. Told someone would reach out to schedule in-person interview as next steps. Received an email about a week later requesting to schedule two weeks later. Met with recruiter again for an hour, then hiring manager for 2 hours. Thought interview went well. Said they would be in touch but never heard back. Emailed recruiter as a follow up but never received a response.
