Question 1
Share about a time when you almost lost a customer but turned the situation around.
The initial screening call lasted about 15 minutes. If you pass the screening, you will be invited to a Webex call with 2-4 other candidates, and finally solo interview with a hiring manager. The process is simple but hard to tackle. Prepare well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Apple (Singapore) in Feb 2020
Interview
Initially, there was a group interview. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, the interview was changed to a phone call interview. The call was pleasant but overall, I did not move to the second round.
