The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Apple (San Francisco, CA) in May 2009
Interview
First they have you come in and watch a presentation. After that there is a group interview process where they ask you common retail questions, no surprises. After that they did a quick phone interview where they as you more in depth computer knowledge questions. Lastly you come in for your final interview where you pretty much have the job.
It was quick and easy. There were both multiple group interviews which isn't tough, but just need to be prepared on answering questions about experience and how you navigated through adversity

Question 1
What was one things about your previous work that you didn't agree with me and how did you navigate through it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Castle Hill) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had done the phone interview, and they'd started it off with getting me to explain a little about myself. They then asked situational questions that required me to tell and explain situations from my past experience and how I had overcome specific problems.
Very smooth! However it was a bit of a long process. Had 5 rounds and eventually got called back saying I didn’t get the job. Next day they told me I did. So please don’t give up!
