Application
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2011
Interview
Very casual and laid back interview. The interviewer was a nice guy who seemed like he wanted me to get the job. After the interview there was little contact from Apple until I received a call one morning offering me the job. After I accepted there again was not much contact until a few days before orientation. Orientation was informational but unnecessarily long.

Question 1
If a caller asks what to do if her hard drive was completely erased, how would you calm her down and fix the situation?
Normal behavioral questions interview. Was mostly a conversation and previous experiences that could help with the position. Tell me about a time where... etc. Interviewers were very nice and it was a good experience.
Asked about prior work, current schedule, knowledge regarding subject matter. I didn't get into any informational interview questions until the third interview. The first two interviews were practically all formal greetings and making sure there aren't schedule or schooling conflicts.
