Apple American Group interview questions

Phone screen with HR and then an interview with an area director followed by another interview with VP of operations with an offer. All interviews were about a half hour long and very easy going. The VP was extremely friendly.

You usually meet with a assistant manager and then if you do well and they like you etc you will meet with the General Manager. My old roommate worked there as a host and gave me a good recommendation which I appreciated. I have worked for Applebees in Wenatchee twice and transferred to the Lynnwood Applebees when I moved to the west side for college.
