Simple and smooth. Screening, Technical(back to back), then superday. Fly you out to McLean, VA for in person. Superday has exec and technical interview. Exec is usually head of department you're interviewing for.
Very good and very pleasant, liked the people I was talking to and enjoyed the overall experience. Also really enjoyed the overall company and understanding the work they are engaged in.
