It is a typical interview and process but I would say it is quite engaging due to great interviewers. Fun work culture from the outlook. Great PTO benefits provided. Work life balanced being prioritized in the company.
Multi step process in the following sequence:
- Recruiter screening
- Technical interview (DSA focused)
- Onsite 1: 1 behavioural interview, followed by 1 system design interview
- Onsite 2: 1 system design interview, followed by a technical interview (Design patterns & OOP focus)
